Felix is a technologist having served as CTO, CIO, and solution architect for various FinTech, financial services and enterprise solutions firms. He has delivered on numerous successful banking, ERP and CRM system implementations, and has provided leadership in such areas as business transformation, organization management, business process, and product management.
James Atherton
Founder / Chief Executive officer
James is an entrepreneur, technologist and corporate finance lawyer having worked with reputable national and regional law firms and served as a senior executive of a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company. James understands the problems inherent in the current private placement process, the human factors behind those problems, why they exist, what it takes to fix them and how to shape the experience.
